We are committed to providing a luxurious and transparent shopping experience for our customers. These Terms & Conditions are presented to ensure full clarity regarding all order, shipping, and policy details.

1. Order Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are prepared within 24 hours to 2 business days during regular periods, and processing may extend up to 4 business days during high seasons.
Please note that processing time does not include shipping time.
Shipping inside Saudi Arabia takes 2–4 business days, and may extend to 7 days during seasonal peaks.
This results in a total estimated delivery time of 2–7 business days, and up to 15 business days during high seasons and holidays.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders cannot be modified, exchanged, or canceled after 48 hours from order confirmation because they are produced specially for the customer.
Please ensure that all details are correct before payment and review the shipping date listed for the product once production is completed.

3. Return & Exchange Policy — Within Saudi Arabia

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving the item, provided that the product is in its original condition and unused.
For returns, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package. After notifying us, a return waybill will be issued, and the item must reach our warehouse within 7 business days.
If the shipment does not arrive within this period, the return request will be automatically cancelled.
Refunds are processed after the item is inspected at our Riyadh warehouse.
Shipping fees for delivery and return are deducted from the total refund amount.

  • Exchange fee: 70 SAR
  • Return shipping fee: 35 SAR

If the product has a manufacturing defect, THE DIAMOND BOUTIQUE covers all shipping and exchange costs.
Return & exchange requests must be submitted only through our official customer service WhatsApp. Requests sent through other channels will not be processed.

4. Orders to GCC & International Destinations

International orders may require longer processing and delivery times due to customs procedures.
GCC delivery typically takes 7–18 days.
If an item arrives defective or not matching the description, THE DIAMOND BOUTIQUE will cover all shipping and replacement costs, and a full refund will be issued if the customer prefers to return it.
Returns or exchanges for personal reasons—such as color or size differences—are not accepted, as all product details are clearly provided on our website.
Some countries may apply additional customs fees, which must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

5. Shipping Issues & External Packaging

We ensure orders are handed to shipping companies with secure and protective packaging.
Minor damage to outer packaging during transit is outside our control and is not eligible for compensation as long as the product itself is intact.
If the product arrives damaged, the customer will be fully compensated.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Information

To ensure accurate delivery, customers must provide complete and correct information, including:
Name, phone number, city, district, street name, and postal code.
THE DIAMOND BOUTIQUE is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
The customer will bear the full cost of re-shipping.
We reserve the right to cancel the order if we are unable to contact the customer due to incorrect details.
Customers must notify us of any incorrect information within 24 hours of the order being processing.
Any additional fees charged by the shipping company for redirecting or modifying the address are outside our responsibility.

7. Product Damage Caused by Customer

Any damage resulting from misuse or improper storage is not considered a manufacturing defect and is not eligible for return or exchange after 7 days of receiving the product.

8. Leather Product Care

Please follow the product care instructions provided with your order.
Damage resulting from exposure to water, perfumes, heat, or improper storage is not considered a manufacturing defect.

9. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed through a reverse payment via MyFatoorah or Tamara, depending on the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–15 business days after approval by our accounting department.

10. Closing

We at THE DIAMOND BOUTIQUE are committed to offering a refined and transparent experience.
These terms are established to protect both parties and ensure smooth and secure purchasing.
