We are dedicated to offering you a luxurious and distinctive shopping experience. We believe that every customer deserves the best service, and as such, we present these terms and conditions to ensure that all details are clear.
Order Processing and Shipping Time:
- Orders are processed within 24 hours to a maximum of two business days during regular days. During peak seasons and holidays, processing may extend to 4 business days.
- Shipping within Saudi Arabia typically takes 2 to 4 business days, but during peak seasons and holidays, it may take up to 7 business days.
- As such, the total delivery period ranges from 2 to 7 business days during regular days and from 2 to 15 business days during peak seasons and holidays.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- THE DIAMOND BOUTIQUE accessories are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases where there is a clear defect or if the product does not match the description or the images shown. Any issues must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.
- In the event that the customer wishes to return or exchange the product for personal reasons, such as changing the color or product, we are pleased to accept returns or exchanges within 24 hours of receiving the order. The customer will bear the shipping costs.
Custom Hot Stamping of Leather Products:
- If the customer request custom hot stamping of initials or other details on your leather products, please be aware that this process uses high heat to imprint the design on the leather, making it permanent and difficult to remove or alter.
- Due to the manual nature of the hot stamping process, slight variations in precision, depth, or alignment may occur from one product to another. These minor differences are considered a natural result of the craftsmanship and are not deemed defects.
Shipping problems:
- At THE DIAMOND BOUTIQUE, we ensure that all customer orders are delivered to the shipping companies in the best condition, with impeccable external packaging. However, unforeseen shipping issues may cause minor damage to the external packaging.
- In such cases, we cannot compensate the customer, as the issue is beyond our control. However, if there is a defect in the product itself, we will ensure proper compensation.
Shipping and Exchange Costs:
- THE DIAMOND BOUTIQUE will cover all shipping and exchange costs if there is a defect in the product or if it does not match the description or images.
- If the customer wishes to return or exchange for personal reasons, they will be charged 68 SAR for exchanges and 34 SAR for returns. These shipping and return fees will be deducted from the total amount paid.
GCC Orders and Exchange Policy:
- If there is a defect in the product, THE DIAMOND BOUTIQUE will bear all shipping and exchange costs, and the customer will be entitled to a full refund.
- We regret that we cannot offer exchanges for personal reasons for GCC customers.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed via reverse transfer through the MyFatoorah payment gateway.
- Refunds may take between 7 to 15 business days to process after the return request is submitted and approved.
